In the blink of an eye, people are already making decisions about who you are — before you even say a word.
This is why self-awareness and confident body language is crucial. “If you aren’t aware of yourself, you often communicate things you don’t intend to.”
At the core, “It is a human need to be seen and to feel important. But we have to do our part to project enough confidence to be seen.” It’s not about changing who you are — it’s about making sure your body language helps you shine, rather than holding you back.
